I am not sure if the below statement is right regarding the "Insert + N" key
starting up NVDA. If however someone was trying to use this keystroke to
start up NVDA it wouldn't work because keys, "NVDA + Control + N" are the
correct keys for this.
Another way to start up NVDA if the keystroke isn't working is to do the
following;
1. While on the desktop, press keys, "Windows key + R" once.
2. Now type in the following carefully as you won't I am assuming have any
speech at this point the letters, "NVDA" excluding the quotes.
3. Next press the "Enter key" once and wait. NVDA should load up shortly
afterwards.
Notes: The windows key is usually the "Second key" out from left side of the
"Spacebar".

WORK ANYMORE, IT COULD BE THAT THE DEFAULT KEY FOR HAD SOMEHOW BE CHANGED,
SHE WAS TOLD TO TRY THE CAPS LOCK KEY AS THE DEFAULT, AND LETTER N, SHE WILL
TRY THIS AND REPORT BACK, ALSO MELISSA WILL ARRANG A DEMON AGAIN ON THOSE
ORCOM GLASSES AND WILL TELL US WHAT DATE HAS BEEN ARRANGED.
