My second Guide Dog Opal was put to sleep two days after Christmas. She was
14 and had two nerve conditions and couldn’t eat, drink or stand, and was
wobbling all over the place and she lost control of all her muscles. Minnie
is lost without her, they were together for three years.
Chris please accept my deepest condolences on your recent loss. I didn’t
know what to say to you. Yes, me, being lost for words, well that’s a ffirst!
