Hi all.
Last night my iphone 6S plus was on the bedside table, switched off but powered
on. At 5am, it woke up and announced thee time with voiceover at full volume. I
pressed the power button to turn it off but the screenstayed on. I then pressed
and held the power button to power it down and that worked.
This has happened intermittently over the last week but three times today. Does
anyone have any ideas about what the problem might be?
Another problem that has come up at the same time is that the phone volume has
gone to 100 per cent without me touching the volume buttons. This began when I
switched on the Bluetooth keyboard but has also happened when listening to an
email.
Any help would be appreciated. The phone is running iOS 14.4.2.Thanks.
