[fb-exchange] iPhone query

So far I've managed to enhance the different languages after connecting to my
WI-FI here and hear the different languages and select each one. And read and
delete e-mails and texts, but am not able to reply to any just yet. And I'm
only using it since Tuesday last.
When I try to compose a text or e-mail, it says for example Hotel after I press
the letter H, and predictive text is now switched off, so I don't know where to
go to switch this off, as I find it most off-putting.
It also won't let me increase my ringing volume to it's maximum level.
My contacts are still being displayed three times, and I seem to remember that
from my Nokia days this is called Several Memories, when all three, Phone
Memory, Sim Memory and Service Numbers are all showing together. And I only
want my names and numbers in contacts to show once. I also want to delete the
plus prefix from the start of all my numbers and replace it with an O for
example 087.
I'd also like to turn off Punctuation. Where do I go for this?
