We are trying to isolate what the issue is with a web form with JAWS as some
JAWS versions appear to work and some don't.

The issue is the button doesn't appear for some JAWS users.
If you use JAWS could you give the form a try and let me know how it goes?
Also let me know which version and browser you are using.
