The new user has to manage the subscription process themselves due to recent
privacy rules in the EU. It no longer possible to join the list by sending
an email.
If you click on the manage, subscribe or unsubscribe link at the foot of
this message, you will go directly to the FB-Exchange web page in
Freelists.org.
The top half of the page contains information about the FB-exchange but the
lower half contains the following link:
"Log in directly to this list"
Click on that link and put in the new email address. As the email will be
unknown, Freelists will automatically switch into subscription mode and the
job can be completed.
Let me know if this does not work as described.
