Paul was on a rant, his covit certificate or rather how to get his cert, is
on MY GOVID.
Paul got onto mygovid.ie, and logged in, with his e mail address, and a
recently created password.
Then they sent him a verification code, but Paul could not find the edit
field to enter the code on.
He pressed the letter E, but this did not bring him to the edit field.
Then he pressed the letter F, to bring him to the next form field.
Declan told him to press the letter B to bring him to the next button.

This is ridiculous for a government website , the verification code field
should be clearly labelled.
Cearbhall and Gerry promised to try this out for themselves and report back.

Cearbhall had a problem with using Zoom. While using Zoom, it said that this
meeting was recording the meeting.
But Declan said that the meeting was not being recorded. If Cearbhall was
recording the meeting, there would be a large red dot beside his name on the
participants list.
Cearbhall does not know why this message appears on his screen.
Declan wanted to know if any visually impaired person was able to do the

Stuart and Paul discussed the new Focus app on the Iphone.
Focus is rather like the old Don’t Disturb app.
You can block phone calls and notifications whilest at a meeting for

Joe wanted to know why he was not getting a notification about the number of
whats app messages he has at any one time.
Most people said that because he changed service providers from Vodafone to
48, which only charges about 11€ per month, that this was probably the
reason.
Albert who is a Revolut customer says that the send button on his Revolut
app, to send money to another person has disappeared.
There is a transfer button and perhaps this can do the same as the send
button. Albert will investigate and report back to the meeting.
It seems that the window 10 is no longer to play the audible books. Many
people complained that one cannot listen to an Audible book on their PC
anymore.
Martin complained that soundscape using the Beacon guided him to his railway
station, but did not tell him when he arrived at his destination.
It did not tell him where the entrance was either.
Paul suggested that he use the marker menu on soundscape to mark the
entrance, and in future use the menu, my location. To guide him to his
station.
Tom started a discussion on Navilens and blind square as mobility apps.
Blind square is the equivalent app for vip’s that 4 square is for sighted
folk.
One can get a paper with a code from Navi lens which people can place on the
door of their house so navi lens can guide them home safely.
After that there was an interesting talk on charges and power packs.
Tom got a power pack in Penney’s for 13€
Which he keeps in another pocket.
He was told that this was a bit dangerous as these things have exploded
before!!
