yes, Thats right Jackie, thats what I do with my iPHONE 7, but I think that
the 5s and 6 iphones, do it the way that Mary Lavelle described
not sure you can do the one finger down to create the edit field in pre
iPHONES 7 AND 8.
ANYWAY its great to have both options described,

app you want to move, do a one finger swipe down until you hear edit

tap here, swipe down to drag app and again double tap. you can now move

app ie if your wimbledon app is on page 3 and you want it moved to your
sport folder on page one, go over to page one swipe until you get the
sports
folder and swipe down the options you'll get is place wimbledon before
sports folder, place it after sports folder or add to sports folder. once
in
the folder press the home button.
