Thanks. I had a quick look at the iphone 5. Some one said that the keyboard
become deactivated during a call because it is by your ear and may be
touched there accidentally. Some suggested to turn on the speaker that
would be in the middle of the screen. Others suggested to tilt the phone
before touching the keypad. I need to see if Voice Over is affecting this.
It seems that you are not the only one with this issue. I will come back
later when I get a clear understanding of what might be the solution.

I tried ringing the bank automatic service using an iphone 5 phone and it
worked fine by just pressing the required number. So I googled to see if
others were having that problem with the phone not working on automatic
voice systems. Sure enough I see a lot of complaints with the iphone 6.
Seemingly pressing the number after the call is made does not work. So
before I delve into what people have written on this, Michael do you have
the iphone 5 or 6? And maybe what iOS version you have as this could be
significant?

Magic Box speaker and you can get it on the Amazon site for 40
sterling. I dont see any Irish retailer for this product on the Price
Spy app. The other speaker that John Chambers demonstrated was the JBL
