Hi All
Got my phone sorted in the 3 store today. Got advice in COMPUSTORE yesterday.
They told me my 3 store in Naas had sold me the wrong phone cover, the I phone
7 cover instead of the I phone 6s. My 3 store in Naas replaced the cover. I
even got a refund of €5!

A COVER WHICH PREVENTED THE EARPHONES FROM INSERTING THE JACK PROPERLY,
IT SEEMS AS IF THE COVER MUST BE REMOVED, AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE SHAVED
OFF THE COVER TO ALLOW PROPER ACCESS, WHICH HAPPENED TO MARY ALSO ON HER
iPHONE 6 S PLUS,
BERT AND MICHAEL WERE HELPING OUR NEW MEMBER CHRISTINE WITH HER ANDROID PHONE
FROM TESCO'S,
BERT ENABLED TALK BACK, WHICH WAS GREAT, BUT THEY HAVE TROUBLE IN EXITING THE
TALK BACK SOFTWARE, IT IS WORK IN PROGRESS,
