Dear Anthony,
This is a sorting issue.
Press alt to open the menu bar and arrow right to the View menu.
Press down-arrow to Open the View menu
Tab to View settings and press enter
tab three times along to sort press enter
You will see various priorities for sorting
Set yours to "Date" with "newest on top".
Tab to OK and you are done.
There is another way to change the sort but you would have to do it for every
folder.
To do this:
While looking at the inbox list of closed emails,
Pres shift +tab a few times until you hear "Sort" and press enter to change
it from the current setting to the alternative. It can only be "newest" or
"oldest" referring to the date of the messages to show at the top of the
list.

Hi all
On my laptop I'm running Outlook 2019, so my problem is that all of sudden
all coming in emails instead they go at the top of the inbox folder they go
straight at the bottom of the folder.
Does anyone knows the way of how to turn the folder in the correct position
please?
