Hello,
I normally never cross post emails from another list, but I had an issue with
the latest update for windows 10.
I noticed that when I switch on the computer Spotify would show up as windows
10 is launched.
Apparently this was happening on a lot of computers world wide.
I came across a solution on another email list.
Again sorry about cross posting.

To: winaccess@winaccess.groups.ioSubject: [WinAccess] for those listers having
issues with Spotify suddenly coming up at windows log on
Hi everyone:
I know we haven't met officially yet. My name is Mike. I joined the list a few
days ago but forgot to send an intro message. Anyway. I seem to have the same
issue on my Acer laptop running windows 10 with Spotify coming up every time I
log into windows. I've found a solution that should help. Do the following:
1. After logging in, wait a few minutes for the Spotify program to come
up.
2. Once it's there, bring up the start menu and type Spotify in the
search box as if to search for it, but don't hit enter.
3. Next, press the applications key. If you don't have an applications
key on your particular keyboard, press shift+F10 to bring it up.
4. Now you'll be in a list of seven items. Scroll down until you hear
your screen reader say, ""uninstall", and press enter. You'll be given a
message asking you if you're sure you want to do this. Press yes to confirm and
Spotify will be gone. I wonder what Microsoft is up to. First they bought out
Skype, then Itunes, and now I guess they've added Spotify to their list. What
next? Real Player? Hope this helps. Have a good one.
Mike
