What screen reader are you using and what operating system (windows 10 or
11)?
I'll have a go myself if you can give a link to the form in question.
I use NVDA on Windows 10 but I also have JAWS 2019.

Hello everyone.
I came across a strange accessibility bug today.
A google forms form that in Google Edge messes up radio buttons. It reads the
label of the previous radio button as well as the current one. It works fine
in Firefox.
Has anyone else encountered this?
