If she was in the miitary, they were required to wear the uniform one day a 
week and for the Air Force that was Wed.  Most Grad Students in Meteorology 
were Air Force.  ALso, if she was in the Air Force, and was only there for one 
year, then she was there for the Basic Program, which was undergrad.

I don't know the name, anonymous Internet message board.  And I already 
basically told him he didn't know what he was talking about, so he isn't likely 
to tell me.  He does say she was there one year, the first year of women in the 
Corps, so 1975-75.

Why did the grad students wear uniforms on Wednesdays?
