Activities 2021

I was talking with our Social Secretary, KK, the other day and we came to the 
conclusion that an update to He Man Woman Hater Club activities for 2021 need 
to be announced.....  sort of.

We had planned on having a small event in Fort Worth to visit the John Wayne 
museum and have some socialized fun at Joe T Garcia's or maybe Cooper's 
Barbeque, with follow-on dancing in the Stockyards.
Well that initiative was quickly COVIDed.

So let's talk about this fall's activities.  We, we can't really because we do 
not have the football schedule.

There are two activities planned:
1.  The annual HMWHC road trip to an away football game.
2.  The reunion at CounterMarch Farm, like the one we had when the Carlson's 
rolled in...

Let me expound on the later:

a.  It will be held ona weekend when the Fighten' Texas Aggies have an open 
weekend, OR when they play away.  This is so we can watch the game together, 
but not have to suffer the cost of hotel prices in town on football weekends.

b.  If you have a travel trailer, bring it.  We have room.

c.  This year we plan to feed.  Shawn Pennington called and directed me to 
include his barbeque skills, so the day prior / early morning we will be 
burning flesh in preparation.  There will be a donation bucket to cover costs, 
any extras will be donated to the band.

d.  Other classes. I've talked with Rayfield and others and will expand 
invitations to the classes of '74, '75, '76, '78, '79 and 80'.  Likewise I've 
seen the roster that Hannemann put together and the roster Rayfield has to 
extend those invitations.  I'm also inviting D2 Class of '77 bubbas too.  
Through the Galindos, I've re-acquainted with many of them.

e.  Finally, when I extend an invitation, it is to all members of the Aggie 
Band, no matter how few times they marched on Kyle.

f.  In lieu of a Quad tower, Charles Galindo has offered to bring a toilet, to 
be available for swirlies, for those who truly and desperately deserve it.
