Yeah, college inflation rates are higher than overall inflation.  I seem to 
recall a semester of tuition, room, and board, was a total of around $800?

So our Sul Ross, if it grows to $30,000, will pay out $1,200 a year.  
$40,000 gets $1,600.  At $49,999, it would give out $1,999.06, but wouldn't 
become a "Rudder" until it hit an even $50k through growth or gifts.


Also remember that there is a "Rudder" level Corps scholarship also, $50,000 
that pays $2000/year.
