FRTM - Club Contest March 6th!

Good evening Front Range Toastmasters,
I am excited about our upcoming Club Inspirational Speech and Table Topics
Contest!
We have four speech contestants and five table topics contestants. It's
going to be a showdown of fantastic speakers. It's not to late to throw
your hat in the ring for either the speech or table topics contest.
I have almost all the functionary roles filled!
Here is what I need right now:
TOASTMASTER
SEARGENT AT ARMS
1 VOTE COUNTER
1 GREETER
FOOD CHAIR/ORGANIZER
As I am chairing two club contests and our area contest I would like to
have ALL functionary roles filled by this Wednesday.
Contestants, please keep an eye for my email with two forms that I will
need back a week before the contest. One will be your biography and the
other is the contestant rules form.
Functionaries, I will be calling and emailing each of you so that we are
ready for the big contest on the 6th and things run smoothly. Please plan
to arrive no later than 6:20 pm so we are ready for briefings etc ....
This is going to be one club contest you don't want to miss!
Also remember the Area Contest is Friday March 21st.
We are still looking for the following:
FOOD CHAIR
GREETER
VOTE COUNTER
