Good news! Pathways has now made it MUCH easier for evaluators to get a
copy of the evaluation form for their speaker. All you need to know is the
name of their project.
From Pathways base camp, click on "Speech Evaluations" (the rightmost blue
square, in the center of the screen). Then just scroll down to Evaluation
Resources, and select the project by name. You can either launch the PDF
form and print from your browser, or download the PDF and open it in Adobe
Reader, then print it from there.
