Hi Dirk,
I have the e-mail list for the Debate speakers and attached is the information about the pancake breakfast.
Our clubs have so much energy for speaking and networking. I would love to meet many of your club members at the breakfast.
We have a few speaker lined up ....just for fun. Ian will do his international speech, Betty will do an honorary speech for Ian and Alan will do his manly manly cross dresser speech. Really we should charge $100 at the door just to see Alan put on a dress and and makeup.. It is going to be so much fun!!!!!
And then there's the debate. I am getting so excited and will support you, Darryle and both clubs to make this a great success! I am looking forward to having some good competition. I don't think it really matters who wins or not...It about good old fashion competition and watching everyone stretch and grow. This will show everyone how to push past their internal restrictions and learn how to intellectually, logically and emotionally communicate to get thier ideas heard. And isn't this what Toastmasters is all about.
Please let me know what else we can do to support you to succeed!
