email. We are looking for speakers and Directors in the Louisville,
Kentucky area as well as Denver.
Good afternoon:
We are in need of hiring a Director for the Denver Colorado Chapter area and
need a professional with Speaking skills. Can you help us? If so, please
feel free to share the email below with your members. We find that most of
our Directors have been in Toastmasters at one point of their life and know
you could probably connect us to a professional who could get excited about
speaking in front of a group, being paid to promote their own business, and
being a community leader.
Feel free to give me a call Directly if you have any questions or concerns.
Typically, when we have a Director who is connected with Toastmasters it
makes for a better meeting anyways, because they can teach their members how
to do a 60 second infomercial more effectively.
Note to all chapter members..We also conduct conferences quarterly all over
the Nation and have 41 chapters in 12 states, so if you have anyone who
wants to deliver a 15-20 presentation to an audience of professional
business women, please encourage them to reach out to me or call for

THE IDEAL Director: Is able to devote at least 15 hours a month to
successfully market and run her chapter. They either do this themselves or
surround themselves with wonderful Ambassadors who can assist. Ideally, many
of these tasks are tasks they already do in their career.
. 6 hours of actual meeting time,
. 1 hour a week to Face Book, constant contact, and email members
and prospects.
. 2 hours a month at a local networking event, chamber function, or
community expo
. 1 hour a week at least 3 hours a month to distribute invitations,
meet other business owners, pass out magazines and get to know your
community.
The time spent gets easy as you build your chapter and your strategic
partners. For instance, if you trade a membership with a magazine you might
not have to go business to business because the magazine gets your invite
out to the community for you. If you trade a membership for a SEO person,
they can handle your Face Book marketing, etc.
