This is the follow-up message concerning our next meeting.  I have a few 
people that have confirmed their roles but still have many that need to 
confirm.  Please let me know that you are going to be present.  

I have had a couple people ask about the definition of a quorum.  We 
currently have 22 paid members, so a quorum for the elections would be 12 
members in attendance.  

I still have a speaking slot open if someone is interested.  Send me your 
request as soon as possible so I can get you on the program and set up an 
evaluator.  

Nominees, please remember to either get someone to speak on your behalf or be 
prepared to give a 3-5 minute speak about yourself and the proposed role.  
Thanks again to everyone for cooperating and I look forward to seeing everyone
