Hi All,
I will be your Toastmaster for our meeting next week. After a year hiatus
we are bringing back our traditional White Elephant Holiday party meeting.
Guests are welcome and encouraged!
I have a few items of business to go over for the meeting, please keep
reading.
1) Because we will be doing a White Elephant gift exchange, the table
topics portion of the event will be *in-person only*. Online members are
still welcome to join us for the meeting.
2) Revathy will be our food chair for this meeting and will be reaching out
with additional information later.
3) Volunteer Needed: It wouldn't be a holiday party without at least a few
decorations. I would love to have a volunteer to help me out with this.
Please let me know by Sunday evening if this is something you would be
interested in helping with so that I know if I need to make my own
arrangements.
4) For the White Elephant portion of the meeting please plan on bringing a
$5 or less gift or something you have lying around the house that you are
looking to regift.
5) Most importantly I have several roles I still need to fill. Please step
forward to volunteer for a role if you have not already.
