FRTM - March 27 meeting morning update

Hi All,  So we haven't gotten any volunteers for any additional speakers.  I am 
sure Katelynn will be fabulous, but it would be nice to have at least one 
additional speaker.  So, apparently, it has come once again to the threat 
stage.  So if we don't have another speaker volunteer, I'll be forced to do a 5 
to 7 minute reading from my copy of the "Theory of Reflectance and Emittance 
Spectroscopy".  Which is really quite a fabulous book, but it might not be as 
interesting to all of you...
