Toastmasters,
Adams County closed all county buildings for tomorrow, Thursday, December 22nd.
I found out late this morning that this includes our meeting room at the Adams
County Human Services building. The executive committee has communicated this
afternoon and we've decided that we don't have time to arrange a backup plan at
this short notice. Therefore, I am cancelling our meeting for tomorrow night,
December 22nd. We will postpone our party plans to next Thursday, December
29th. I suggest that we move our lineup to next week, but we'll need to
reconfirm the rolls. Please, respond to Abirame and me with your confirmation
of your assigned role for next week! Also, reconfirm your food commitments to
Revathy.
