Please see the line up for our meeting this week and confirm your roles to
The Toastmaster if you are on the schedule.
Meeting Theme: Reap what you Sow
· Speakers please send your speech information to the Toastmaster by
Tuesday evening:.
o Manual & project #
o Speech title
o Time requirement
Speakers also prepare a proper Introduction and send to me by EOB
Wednesday (or no later than noon Thursday).
Speakers and Evaluators should be in touch to review the project in advance
of the meeting so Evaluators can also prepare.
Ø Any role not confirmed by Tuesday noon will be opened for volunteers.
