FRONT RANGE TOASTMASTERS
MEETING RECAP
Last night, the Front Range Toastmaster Group met at Thornton Civic
Center. Paul was the Toastmaster and kicked off our first meeting of
2011.
Lori lead Table Topics using the meeting's theme - Goal Setting. We had
many insightful impromptu speeches on goals. Ray & Kathy walked away as
winners.
We had 3 speeches from Tommy, Marshall & Amelia. Tommy was practicing a
speech he is given this weekend called "Breaking the Cycle". Marshall
also used his speech last night to fine tune his presentation on "Color
Code System". And in southern style, Amelia performed the winning
speech of the night - "Rules of Engagement, part 2".
Giving top evaluation was Dirk.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Tomorrow is TLI at Red Rocks Community College. Please email any of the
board members if you need more information or would like to carpool.
Also, Amelia started a Meetup group for the Front Range Toastmasters

Next week, our meeting is at the Civic Center and Lori High will be the
