If you will be out of the action for a period of time, please send Robert an
email letting him know this. The software we use allows for vacation time and
it won't schedule you for that period. This way the TM of the week does not
have to make as many contingency plans and work to fill the holes in the agenda.

I apologize for not getting back to you, I'm still around but I've been
really busy now that summer is here. I'm not sure when I'll be back but I
imagine that it will be sometime this fall and winter.
