Hello Fellow Toastmasters.

I’m looking forward to this Thursday's Meeting, It is such a pleasure to be
able to host you for our December 11th ToastMasters meeting.
In addition to growing our communication skills, we are going to be mixing it
up with a potluck, holiday game, and some holiday cheer. Some of you have asked
if Alcohol is ok, and I have no objections. Let me know if anyone feels this
would be inappropriate for our meeting. Our meeting will begin at 7pm as
usual, but you are welcome to come at 6:30 for a Celebration Head Start.
We won’t have our usual prepared speeches, but you’ll still get to think on
your feet during our holiday themed Table Topics.
Here is the information you need to start getting ready….
White Elephant meets Table Topics - Hosted by Topics Master Dirk KittredgeEach
attendee brings a gift from home all wrapped up and ready to go. You can also
purchase a gift but it needs to be below $10.00 All the gifts are on a table
and the table topics master invites each attendee up based on the order drawn
from a hat. Each person has the normal table topics time to describe their gift
without giving it away and tell us why we want it. The first person up gets to
choose any gift they want and gets a STEAL at the end. As each person goes up
and describes their gift they can keep their own gift or take a gift that has
already been described and sounds good to them. Each gift can be stolen up to
three times. Dirk will lay out the rules for any details I may have left out.

Directions to the Meeting location4184 W. 98th Way Westminster Co

Coming SoonDeb Obermiller will be communicating to you with more details about
our Potluck, and I will begin to confirm the roles for this week's meeting.
