According to the Pathways FAQ, the website is locked for 12 hours -- before
roll-out. So it should not be a problem to submit dues after the roll-out.
And if submitting anything on March 19th, do so before noon, just to be on
the safe side.

PS -- the Pathways assessment is live, for anyone who wants to try it, but
you aren't able to actually purchase your path until the 20th. I noticed
that the algorithm seems slanted to helping you improve the things you're
worst at, rather than taking what you're good at to greatness. So it's good
that you have the option to manually select a path.

Good afternoon to you both.
Due to the fact that Pathways is rolling out on March 20th the TM website
will be locked.
It is uncertain how long the site will be locked but it means that Jason
will not be able to submit dues until it’s unlocked.
It is highly recommended that all clubs in District 26 submit their dues
by March 19th in order to avoid delays.
I would recommend another reminder email this week encouraging folks to
bring their dues to the meeting this Thursday.
