If no one has volunteered for the following, I will bring them: Plates Napkins Cups Drinks (For the most part people just drink water so there is no need for much soda.) Let me know. The Great Debate is next week! These past few months have flown by and I can't believe that we are over half way through October already. My role next week is food organizer and I am searching for volunteers to provide wonderful tasty treats for all of our attendees. We are expecting 45 - 55 people so we need to make sure we have enough to go around. Here is what we need: Plates Napkins Cups Drinks (For the most part people just drink water so there is no need for much soda.) Chips/Salsa or Pita and Humus Veggie Tray Cheese/Cracker/Meat Tray Fruit Tray 2 Main Dishes such as wings or meat balls I'm going to pick up two pizza's on the way so wings and meatballs would go good no? Desserts I hope that this gives you all some food for thought. My list is a guideline so that we have enough of everything. I need to have this finalized by Monday evening so that I can ensure everyone is fed. I hope to see everyone out next week.
