Dear ToastMasters,
I do see that this request is directed to me however I need to decline.
It's made me realize the following:
Just after making this decision to join ToastMasters, an amazing amount of
things have occurred in my life, so I think that I joined at the wrong time
of my life. I simply cannot take on one more thing right now. As
Joker-Timer my first time - at the end of an extraordinarily difficult day -
I realized how I hit a 'brain wall' when I had a block trying to count votes
could not believe it, but it just shows that I am under an extraordinary
amount of stress.
I'm sorry but I don't feel I can be the full out team player that I need to
be until I get at least one of the major things taken care of. Since I need
to be more and do more, than I can right now, I think it best if I step out
for a time. I don't want to let anyone there down and not carry my part. I
hope you will accept me back when I feel I can be a full team member. You
are a wonderful group of people and I do have so much to learn through the
ToastMasters training. I hope to be seeing you in the near future! (so my
apologies I will not be there tomorrow)

Hi All,
Our meeting is shaping up. However, I still haven't heard back from a few
of you and some people have changed roles opening up roles for positions
such as Timer/Joker and Evaluator. So if someone wants to trade on up from
a role such as Greeter or Quizmaster to one of the essential roles, let me
know.
