Hi, Toasties!
I've been nominated for club Secretary. I am excited about this position,
and have some new ideas. (Surprise!)
However, I can't deliver the speech I want to deliver on Thursday, because
I'm taking my wife out of town for her 50th birthday. Would anyone be
willing to deliver that speech (or another on my behalf) as Proxy?

I want to update everyone on this weeks meeting and in particular the
officer nominees.
If you are a nominee for an officer position I would like to see you give
a talk about either why you want the position or how you will serve the
membership in the role. You can either give your own speech or get another
member to speak on your behalf. Speeches will be 2-3 minutes in length and
will not be evaluated.
I would like each of the nominees to verify with me whether or not you
will be speaking or have a proxy speak on your behalf. I have one person
that has identified a proxy speaking on their behalf.
As a reminder, the current nominees are:
Sgt at Arms - Dirk Kittredge
Treasurer - Jeff Stoll
Secretary - Jonathan Kolber
VP of Public Relations - Jennifer Dunne
VP of Membership - Patrick Bowen and Philip Poplawski
VP of Education - Jeremiah Sanchez and Luke Vesely
President - Katelynn Stoll
Nomination can be made from the audience and speeches will be expected.
