I just realized, reading this, it might lead people to think you can no
longer volunteer for roles, and all roles will be assigned. You can still
volunteer for a specific role, IF YOU WANT TO. But you don't have to
volunteer, if you don't want to.

assigning roles a month in advance. In order to do this, I would ask you to
mark in easy-speak whether you will be attending each meeting before roles

To mark attendance:
1. Log on to Easy-Speak.org
2. Hover on My Participation
3. Click on Sign Up for Meetings
4. In each column, check Y, N, or ? if you will, won't, or might be
attending.
