Subject: FRTM - White Elephant Master :)

Thanks, Revathy, for getting taking charge of food for our fabulous Christmas 
party. Another tradition for our FRTM Christmas Party meeting has been to do a 
White Elephant exchange. This essentially becomes our Table Topics time as gift 
bearers take turns introducing their gifts, giving clues, stories, sales 
pitches, etc. without revealing the contents. Would someone like to lead the 
White Elephant Gift Exchange event at our December 22nd Party/Meeting? We will 
make you Table Topics master for the evening.
Here’s what you need to do:

  1.  Provide the rules for the exchange. There are many variations of this 
age-old favorite. You will be the final decider on what the rules will be…no 
questions asked. Here is one website with some ideas. You don’t have to use any 
of these. You can be creative if you want and try out your own rules.
  2.  You will send out the rules/parameters of what kinds of gifts should be 
brought, is there a price limit?, etc.
  3.  Serve as Table Topics Master for the 12/22 meeting.
