As you know our first hybrid meeting was last Thursday. I have a few
questions about your meeting experience. Please answer the following
questions. I think the meeting went well for being the first hybrid meeting
for FRTM. Please send comments and suggestions to me by Tuesday, August 3.
1. Did you attend last Thursday?

* b. In Person?
2. If you attended by Zoom, could you hear and see what was going on in
the meeting? Could you interact with
the Toastmasters who were in person?
3. If you attended by Zoom, did you feel like you were a part of the
meeting?
4. If you attended by Zoom, do you have any additional comments about
the meeting? Is this a good option for you to attend Front
Range Toastmaster meetings? Do you have suggestions to improve the meeting
experience?
5. If you attended in person, could you see and hear the Toastmasters
on Zoom? Could you interact with
Toastmasters who were on Zoom?
6. If you attended in person, do you have any additional comments about
the meeting? How can we improve the hybrid meeting
