FRTM - Roomate?

Hey! I'm looking for a new place after the first of the year. Know
anybody that could take in a roomate? I'm quiet, clean, responsible and easy
to
get along with. No smoking, drugs or drama. I mostly just work and sleep.
Boring huh?
I do need a little storage. Some open parking possibilities would be nice
too.
