I have listed the schedule below for this week's meeting. Please confirm if
you do not see a (C) next to your name. Also, I am doing this from memory
so if anything looks incorrect please let me know. If you see an open slot
that you would like to fill please let me know. Please respond no later
than tomorrow at 8 pm. If I do not hear back by that time I will assume
that you are unable to attend and will begin recruiting volunteers to fill
the roles.
