FRTM - Thunderbolt Orators Club Contest tomorrow help needed

Good morning my fellow FRTM folks.
I am the contest chair for the Thunderbolt Orators contest tomorrow from 11 am
to 1 pm at 670 Van Gordon St. Lakewood CO.
As over half the club is competing I need a timer and two vote counters still.
If anyone is available please let me know asap.
