Hi All,
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone, virtually, for our meeting
tomorrow. Thanks to Bill Farrand we will once again be meeting via Zoom.
To participate all you need is your laptop computer with a built-in camera
and microphone and an Internet connection.

The way this will work is that we’ll open up the meeting at 6:30 PM. When
you click on the link the first time, it will ask if you want to download
the small app. Say yes and it will put the file into your downloads
folder. You then click on this file and it will install, then ask you for
your name. Please put your full name there (like “Ralph Magadatz”) and
this will appear at the corner of your picture for all to see. Follow the
prompts for one or two more clicks and you’ll be in the meeting. By
starting this as 6:30 (assuming that works for Bill), if you encounter
issues we can work to resolve them before the meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
I have obtained confirmations for pretty much the entire agenda but if you
don't see a "Confirmed" next to your name please let me know by *5:00 pm
tomorrow. I'm also in need of a couple of roles filled so if you wish to
volunteer please let me know.*
