As you probably know, the above did not occur-there was more than a few folks ready to step up to the plate and put their names on the document.
We have a few elected roles without candidates assigned to them.Sergeant of Arms assists in setting up the meeting room with getting the lectern out of its storage location, along with the US Flag and our Toastmaster's Club flag, distributing the evaluation forms and voting slips. An when we have new members who wish to join, escorting them out of the room during the voting.
Treasurer-our Bean counter. Most of this duty is around the time of having members renew their membership-less involvement the rest of the time period.
Lastly, Here is the current status for our meeting tonight. Have a few of the weekly roles left to be confirmed.
