categories of canned presentations -- to make listeners a better speaker, a
better leader, and a better club.

The speeches (and associated presentations) can be downloaded as a digital
file for free.
You'll need to give two of those presentations to get a Silver level award
-- whether for Leadership or Communication. You can give the presentations
at any time -- you don't have to wait until you've already gotten your
Bronze award. So it always pays to have one ready to go, in case there's a
speaker opening.
