Dear Front Range Toastmasters Membership, As you all know from the informational poll that was sent out recently, the leadership team is requesting that the membership of FRTM consider a proposal to increase club dues by $ 1.00 per month. This proposal is a result of the increase of the cost of doing business over the past several years as well as the fact that for 10 years we have been operating at a surplus that has decreased over time. In interest of full disclosure I have included a budget for the current six month period as compared to the actual expenditures from the prior six month period. I have included budgets with dues at both the current rate and the proposed rate. We would like to take an official vote *TONIGHT* *Thursday September 11 *at the club meeting if a quorum is present. The current membership is 25 individuals so a quorum will be 13 people. Please look at your schedules and if at all possible please attend as your vote is critical.
