FRTM - VP PR Officer Guide?

Greetings all!

Over the years many of us have served the various officer roles.  Each year TMI has sent officer manuals to the club which details how to perform these duties.  Once received, they have been passed to various officers.

I went through my pile of these manuals and I don't currently have a VP-PR manual.  Does anyone have a VP-PR manual for Bev?
