When the package daemon is started (from the Bootscript), it asks
packagefs what packages are active and prints respective debug output. The
order is of no significance (it's some hash table's iteration order). The
packagefs volumes are mounted long before that point (directly after the
boot volume is mounted). The timing of the radeon_hd output is mere
coincidence, since the app server is started immediately after the package
daemon.
