As of hrev46845, -pipe for cross tools build is only used when --use-gcc-
pipe is passed to configure.
The native packages need some work to add kernel versions of
libgcc/libsupc++, required to build Haiku on Haiku.
Multijob cross-tools build still broken on FreeBSD only: @evilyak, any
info on that?
