Comment (by pulkomandy):

 Does not look similar, this is a "normal" crash (out of bounds access in
 strcpy - people are still using strcpy?) and probably an actual bug in
 bash.

 I'll be watching for this next time I do some haikuporter work, which is
 usually a good way to trigger it here.
