 I found a solution for the Jam problem now. I remembered that you could
 set flags for directories in UserBuildConfig and found it there. I used
 the same method now. I attached an updated 0001.

 I also added 0011 which fixes a ++ that was accidentally added. Thanks to
 PulkoMandy for noticing this in the diff!
