 As discussed in this [//www.freelists.org/post/haiku-development
 /ProcessController-scheduler-mode-naming dev mailinglist], we came to this
 compromise:

 > Since the current "Low latency" setting is the default setting of the
 scheduler anyway, why not remove it from the ProcessController menu and
 just keep the "Power-saving mode" in there. That would also comply better
 to the checkmark nature of the menu item (right now the two checkmarkable
 menu items are mutually exclusive, i.e. it's really a radio button
 setting).
