Unfortunately this is not possible. The BeOS version of BOptionPopUp
doesn't override AttachedToWindow, so if we do it there, the function may
not be called at all by BeOS apps.
I fixed the extra offset in case of an empty label, I can't see a way to
handle the initial problem without ABI changes so I'll have to move this
to R2 (unless someone has a sugestion).
