Description (info I could extract from google translate of the VL Gothic
homepage and japanese wikipedia entry):
This package include the VL Gothic (monospace) and VL PGothic
(proportional) fonts. Originally developped for the Vine Linux project,
they include glyphs suitable for rendering Japanese text, as well as Latin
and Greek alphabets.
